Charley Kim is the Managing Director and licensed buyer’s agent behind C&K Realty. Based in Brisbane, he leads every engagement personally — from the first phone consultation to inspections, negotiation and settlement.

Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. Service fees and engagement terms are explained transparently during the consultation.
Q2How is the engagement structured?
A single six-month engagement with one flat fee covering the full cycle — written brief, weekly shortlists, on-site inspections, negotiation and settlement oversight. No auto-renewal.
Q3Which areas do you cover?
Brisbane and the Gold Coast, plus the surrounding growth regions — Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Redland.
Q4Can you act for interstate or overseas buyers?
Yes — most of our clients buy without visiting. Every shortlisted property is inspected on the ground with a 15–20 minute video report. Foreign and non-resident buyers may require FIRB approval and additional duties; this is general information only, not legal or tax advice.
