Meet Charley Kim

Charley Kim is the Managing Director and licensed buyer’s agent behind C&K Realty. Based in Brisbane, he leads every engagement personally — from the first phone consultation to inspections, negotiation and settlement.

Most of our clients find us from interstate and overseas — Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, New Zealand and Korea — and trust us to be their eyes and hands on the ground in South East Queensland. That trust is why nearly every property we purchase stays with us for rental management long after settlement.

Charley also hosts 수동산 LIVE, a weekly Korean-language live broadcast on the Queensland property market, and runs a 1,100+ member Korean-Australian property community — open, on the record, every week.

Buyer-only, always

We never take listings for the properties we buy. No sales commissions, no double agency, no conflict between your price and ours.

Evidence before opinion

Recommendations are built on data and physical inspection — every property gets a full video walkthrough before you decide anything.

Small on purpose

Engagements are capped and shortlists never overlap between clients. Being boutique is not a stage we’re passing through — it’s the product.
